She took part as a clinical dietitian in nutrition teams of Marmara University Training and Research Hospital, İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Haseki Training and Research Hospital. She provided dietetic care for inpatients, outpatients and people who receive special treatment in specialist care units. She had a chance to gain invaluable experience of nutrition in disease.
Since completing her degree in Nutrition and Dietetic at Halic University in 2013, she has worked in variety of positions in Turkey. Most recently she worked as Head of Nutrition Department and Corporate Partnership in Wellbitt renown software company specialised in corporate wellness.
She has a wealth of experience in helping clients manage a variety of health conditions through dietary changes. She is specialised in providing nutritional advise to overweight or obese individuals, people with diabetes and insulin resistance, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal disease.
She has also worked closely with the catering departments, so she is experienced about menu analysis for catering companies, businesses, schools and provides suggestions to make menus healthier and more enjoyable.
She is bilingual and able to provide nutritional consultation in Turkish and English.

How long is an initial consultation with you?
Initial consultation is 75-90 minutes and follows up are 30 minutes. Pre- consultation is 20 minutes.
Is there a fee for consultations?
Initial consultation is £75, follow up consultations are £45. Pre- consultation is free.
Do I need to do something else before appointment?
Before the initial consultation I will require you to complete a questionnaire and 3-day food diary.
How many sessions do I need?
I recommend a minimum of 6 visits for adapting healthy eating habits. But sessions vary from person to person and their needs. At the initial consultation we will discuss and agree with you the requirement for follow ups.
